DentistLink is a free referral service for anyone in Washington state, brought to you by Arcora Foundation, the foundation of Delta Dental of Washington. It’s an easy-to-use tool that can connect patients with dental providers to get the dental care they need in their communities. We’re a free non-profit referral service, connecting everyone to dental care. We can find the right care for everyone, whether uninsured or insured, including Apple Health (Medicaid).

Arcora Foundation has developed DentistLink as an easy-to-use, free service that can grow your loyal patient base.
DentistLink helps patients who are covered by Apple Health (Medicaid), privately insured, or uninsured find a dental provider near them and provides support to ensure patients are prepared and show up for appointments. We can also connect patients with additional resources, including transportation to and from an appointment.
- A no-cost service: DentistLink is fully funded by Arcora Foundation, so there is no charge for services to either the provider or the patient.
- Personalized care: DentistLink Referral Specialists provide information and guidance to help patients get the care they are seeking.
- Referral Specialists speak English and Spanish, and additional language translation services are available to assist patients and office staff with appointment arrangements.
- We can also connect patients with additional resources, including transportation to and from an appointment.
Additional Washington Programs for Increased Medicaid Reimbursements and Free CDEs
Access to Baby & Child Dentistry
ABCD recruits and trains dentists to provide preventive care and treatment to Apple Health (Medicaid) insured children from birth to six. Participating dentists receive enhanced fees through Medicaid for certain preventive and restorative procedures and family oral health education.
Oral Health Connections (Cowlitz, Spokane, and Thurston counties)
Trained Oral Health Connections providers receive higher reimbursement rates when they see Medicaid-enrolled pregnant people or people with diabetes. DentistLink can help connect those patients to your practice.
Great news from Oral Health Connections! The pilot has been extended through 2023. Not only that, but certified providers can now receive the highest reimbursement rates to date for treating Apple Health (Medicaid) insured pregnant people and people with diabetes. See our flyer for the new rates.
Arcora Foundation provides free continuing dental education opportunities to support the dental workforce in Washington state. Courses are developed based on feedback from past attendees and our CDE Advisory Group. All courses qualify for CDE credit hours. Arcora Foundation is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider.
